Mica Mosbacher in full racing gear launches new book with star power at River Oaks party

The 411: For the launch of her book Racing Forward: Faith, Love & Triumph Over Loss, Mosbacher pulled out all the stops with an air-conditioned party tent, valet parking and yummy Tex-Mex treats from El Tiempo.
And it was no ordinary party tent, the woman who found a new path on the racetrack after the loss of her husband, former U.S. Secretary of Commerce Bob Mosbacher Sr., went all out. Black and white racing pennants lined the ceiling visually in tandem with the black and white checked flooring. Red tablecloths and red balloons added to the festive spirit.
Dressed in turquoise racing suit, Mosbacher was joined by her brother John McCutchen, dressed in his racing gear, of Godstone Ranch Motorsports and by Lisa Niemi Swayze, who brought along copies of her book her book, Worth Fighting For: Love, Loss, and Moving Forward.
Also in attendance was Ally Babineaux, known as the "Bionic Bride" for her two heart transplants. Babineaux is Godstone Ranch Motorsports ambassador.
