After months of making headlines for his Twitter use, Johnny Manziel is now in the news for his decision to swear off the social media outlet. In an interview with ESPN, the Heisman Trophy winner says he is "done with Twitter."
"It's fun to have, but it can get to be distracting at points," Manziel tells ESPN.
Twitter is not the only distraction for Manziel, apparently. The Heisman Trophy winner stopped attending classes at Texas A&M in the spring, opting instead to pursue his studies online.
Although some of the scrutiny of Johnny Football's Twitter feed was out of his control, the 20-year-old phenom certainly added fuel to the fire with his own postings about spring break, March Madness and everything in between.
Manziel hasn't yet announced his exit from the Twittersphere to his 332,154 followers. But in honor of his social media fast, here's a look at the most memorable tweets from Johnny Football.
