Editor’s note: We originally met entrepreneur Reagan Bregman in 2021 when we were the first to report the launch of her athleisure line, Exiza. Her brand quickly drew rave reviews for its ethical, sustainable practices, great fits for every body type, and effortlessly cool vibe.
Fast forward to 2023, and Reagan is a new mom to adorable baby Knox, still overseeing Exiza and its new line, a sought-after influencer and guest host, and a social media tastemaker. (Oh yeah, she’s also married to a nice gentleman named Alexwho is really, really good at baseball, business, and paying it forward.)
With so many of her fans constantly asking and commenting on her fab finds, we’ve recruited this Houston star to spotlight some of her favorite things — and where to find them — each month. Take it away, Reagan!
Finally! Summer has relented and we can feel the autumn cool over the city. This is one of my favorite times of year because it’s the beginning of so many fun holidays with the family. The cooler temps bring a whole new energy everywhere as we finish out the year.
With fall fun in mind, I’ve rounded up my favorites: spooky home decor, ranches you have to take the family to, outdoor patios to enjoy a great meal or cocktail, and — obvi — a few fall fashion finds.
Introducing With Love by Reagan Bregman
Speaking of fashion, I’m beyond excited for my new jewelry line called With Love by Reagan Bregman that I created with the amazing Iris and Danny Shaftel of Shaftel Diamonds.
I truly wanted to create minimal, elevated, everyday pieces that were designed with meaningful moments in life in mind. I wanted to make sure the pieces were fine jewelry (18-karat gold and natural white sapphire gemstones), but also accessible for everyone (pieces start at $100).
With Love by Reagan Bregman is available to preorder at Shaftel Jewelers online and will be available in-store at the end of this month. This week, I spilled the tea with Steven Devadanam about my new line and my inspo for it!
Every day is Halloween! Prep for spooky season
I love decorating for Halloween — I skip right over the fall decor and go straight to spooky! Here are a few items you can get quickly that add a little eerie essence to your home as we get ready for Halloween.
Want something to sets the spooky tone but can peel right on and off? Go batty with these bat wall decorations, decals, and stickers— with spiders, too!

Get that fall foliage bloom inside on your mantle and in your rooms with this six-foot eucalyptus garland with white and blue flowers. No need to water — just unbox and re-box after the season!

Make your Halloween table and decor totally lit! These black candlestick holders totally scream dinner with the Adams Family or Cruella. Add an orange or blood-red candlesticks for that extra creepy vibe!.

As you may have seen with my son Knox’s first birthday bash, I love a theme party! Get a leg up — or eight legs! — on Halloween entertaining with a spider leg serving bowl. It’s creepy and perfect for Halloween punch or serving candy — and it’s from my favorite, H-E-B.
The perfect bowl to serve candy from to your neighborhood trick-or-treaters. Or perhaps a bowl suitable for some fall punch.H-E-B
Fall for these farms and parks for a fun family trip
I love family time and dressing up (and Knox) for chilly outdoor weather. For a crisp fall trip, head to the Houston-area spots for some memorable fun and plenty of frameable photo opps.
Dewberry Farm
I’ve loved Dewberry Farm since I was little. This adorably cute farm — with a pumpkin patch — is located in Brookshire. You and the family will love the barnyard, corn maze, and 40 attractions just for the kiddos. They also have spooky nights running through October 29.

Frobergs Farm and Country Store
This farm in Alvin is open year-round with a market and smokehouse. I love that you can pick your own fruit and vegetables. The property is clean and gorgeous. Be sure to check out the corn maze, Berry Funland, and duck races as part of the Fall Festival that runs through November 5.

Old Macdonald has a farm — and it’s a great place to take the kiddos. Train rides, pony rides, and a petting zoo full of adorable and friendly animal friends make for the perfect fall getaway.
Levy Park
Family fun abounds at Levy Park.

This park has won global awards and is located right in the heart of Upper Kirby. The water playground is just so fun! They also have art, game rentals, books, and a Slowpokes coffee shop (perfect for me!) right next door. This is a great spot to hit after school or on the weekend.
Patio party: Outdoor dining spots I love for cool-weather dining
We can finally enjoy outdoor dining and cocktails, and I love these local hot spots for their fun patio scenes. I love the outdoor space at Ostiaand the enclosed outdoor patio. Oh, and their pasta is incredible! Head to Pistoleros in Montrose for a tacos, a great margarita, and a hot patio vibe.
Le Jardinier at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston has delicious French food, a gorgeous interior, and a really pretty outdoor patio. Perfect for before after checking out the exhibits. And when it's game time, I grab the fam and hit Piggy’s Kitchen and Bar before first pitch. They have a great patio, DJ, and we absolutely love their brunch.
Fall fashion faves
I found Washington Ave, a little vintage shop, at a Galleria pop up. I love their vintage Levi’s jackets and they have a variety of fun, unique pieces for fall. For a great place to run in, grab something, and run out, head to Zara for some trendy knitwear for the fall — think sweater vests and this metallic piece to jump on the shiny trend.

And it’s game time! If you’re looking for that perfect fit for Astros playoffs, football, or tailgating, head to Emerson Rose. This cute boutique has a location in the Heights and a brand-new Montrose store.
