Late Night Noshing with VIP's
Jay-Z, LeBron hold court at Sprite Two Kings private dinner, but it's Beyoncé who shines
There is a direct correlation between high profile celebrities and superstar athletes and the number of Suburbans and Escalades parked in a restaurant or bar’s parking lot. Proof was the collective of inky black window-tinted SUV’s gathered around RDG+Bar Annie Saturday night for the Sprite "Two Kings" private dinner hosted by Jay-Z and LeBron James.
The late-night nosh didn’t really get rolling until close to 11 p.m. when Jay-Z and the truly stunning Beyoncé arrived, heading directly upstairs to the restaurant. Dressed in a sleek white pantsuit, her golden hair flowing in soft curls and sporting a peach mani with flecks of red, she settled at their table for the three-course meal prepared by chef Robert del Grande.

Heavy on surf-and-turf with a Texas twist, the menu included appetizers of seared foie gras po' boy and BBQ Gulf crab and avocado in banana beaves, followed by Gulf red snapper or wood-grilled prime beef and then Texas pecan pie, warm chocolate cake or fresh berry cobbler.
Unlike most of the parties across Houston, this NBA All-Star dinner was reserved and almost formal. Twitter CEO Dick Costolo even spoke, lauding James for his tweeting skills during the Grammy Awards.
We assume, however, that when DJ Mick Boogie kicked up the music after dinner, guests such as Diddy, Drake, Irv Gotti, J Cole and Ne-Yo loosened up a bit.
In fact, Scottie Pippen and his wife Larsa Pippen were at the dinner and she later Tweeted about “dancing the night away” with friend Adrienne Bosh, whose husband Chris Bosh plays for the Miami Heat.
