Houston's newest Dave & Buster's
Dave and Busters launches sprawling new location in The Woodlands
A new place for adults to play, eat, drink, and watch sports is coming to the northern suburb of Shenandoah next month. Dave & Buster's announced it will open its fifth Houston-area location in the northern suburb on Monday, January 20.
Located in the Metropark Square mixed-use development, the 40,000-square-foot establishment will feature hundreds or arcade games and a sports bar with dozens of HDTVs. The company touts its "chef-crafted food menu" and extensive selection of cocktails as major parts of its appeal.
While most people will undoubtedly indulge with dishes like Cantina Nachos and the Superstack (a 1-pound cheeseburger with all the trimmings), Dave & Buster's also offers lighter fare in the form of the Lightlife plant-based burger patty, the ability to substitute zucchini noodles in pasta dishes, and simply grilled chicken and salmon. Cocktail options include riffs on margaritas and Long Island Iced Teas along with macro and craft beers.
In between now and the opening, Dave & Buster's expects to hire over 230 people. People who are interested may apply online.
Set on 70 acres and offering 175,000 square feet of space, Metropark Square also includes a 10-screen AMC movie theater and restaurants such as Top Sushi, Black Bear Diner, and BurgerIM.
