Sunday, Dec. 6, 11 a.m.–2 p.m.
An extravagant four-course meal (with options including air-dried chicken supreme with morels and champagne sauce and salmon with meaux mustard butter sauce) for $48 or $72 with a signed bottle of Albert Roux champagne to drink with the meal or take home.

Wednesday, Dec. 9, 10 a.m.–1 p.m.
Be guided by Chef Roux as you prepare a three-course lunch, then dine with Chef Roux while enjoying the dishes you have prepared, accompanied by matching wines for $85.

Saturday, Dec. 12, 7:30 p.m.
Following a reception with canapés and champagne, guests will feast on a superlative six-course meal, $100.
