In case you don't know what's happening for the rest of Houston Beer Week, take a minute to check out our favorite events taking place during this year's brew celebration.
Tuesday, Nov. 12 — Karbach Brewing Co. presents special brew, “Yule Shoot Your Eye Out” at Witchcraft Tavern & Provisions Co. from 6 to 9 p.m.
Enjoy an evening with Karbach Brewing Co. staff as they offer up their limited edition brew, "Yule Shoot Your Eye Out." The seasonal beer is loaded with specialty malts, fresh ginger, cocoa nibs, orange peel and other holiday spices. The first 40 folks to purchase a Karbach brew will receive special Karbach swag.
Wednesday, Nov. 13 — Food and Beer Pairing Specials at MKT BAR from 5 to 10 p.m.
Come enjoy the final day of MKT Bar's HBW-inspired food specials paired with craft brews from local favorite, Karbach Brewing Co.
Thurday, Nov. 14 —Deconstructed Beer Dinner at Provisions
In celebration of Houston Beer Week, Provisions is teaming up with 8th Wonder Brewery for a special beer dinner featuring, not only all their tasty brews, but the exceptional ingredients that go into making the beers. Tickets are $88 for five courses with paired beers and souvenir pint glass. Call 713-628-9020 to reserve your spot as space is limited.
Friday, Nov. 15 — Three-Coasts Double IPA Battle at D&T Drive Inn from 6 to 8 p.m.
Vote for your favorite beer at the Three-Coasts Double IPA Battle, with challengers "Green Bullet" from Green Flash Brewery, "Blast!" from Brooklyn Brewery, and "Rodeo Clown" from Karbach Brewing Co. A flight with all three beers will be available for $5.
Saturday, Nov. 16 — Paste Untapped Festival at Discovery Green from 4:15 to 10 p.m.
Spend the final day of Houston Beer Week at the The Paste Untapped Beer and Music Festival, which features 69 breweries offering 231 different beers, as well as national and local music acts, vendors and food trucks. General admission to the festival is $25 and beer tickets — which include 12 two ounce beer samples — are $34. Indie rock band The Walkmen will headline the music festival which also includes local acts like The Tontons and Wild Moccasins.
