In addition to live jazz performances, beads, and custom cocktails, the event features a three-course menu full of decadent creole dishes. From snapping turtle soup and crawfish boudin stuffed quail to red snapper Pontchartrain and Mardi Gras Mambo King Cake, the one-night menu features an array of delicious options. The dinner is $65 per person, and the menu runs 5:45-9:45 pm.
Fat Tuesday Gumbo at Eight Row Flint
With this week's cold temperatures, Eight Row Flint wants to warm people up with a satisfying bowl of gumbo. Available from 5 pm until sold out, a filling bowl of gumbo will cost $9.
An Evening in Bordeaux Wine Dinner at Étoile Cuisine et Bar
Celebrate French wines at Étoile Cuisine et Bar in Uptown Park as they join forces with the Medallion Global Wine Group to present a unique four-course feast. The menu was carefully created by chef Philippe Verpiand and features a foie gras flan, cassoulet de canard, roasted bison ribeye, and a caramelized apple and honey tart, each skillfully paired to highlight the wines of Bordeaux. The dinner is $95 per person and begins at 6:45 pm.

Karbach Beer Dinner at The Pit Room
Head to The Pit Room for a special five-course dinner from chef Lyle Bento with beer pairings from Karbach Brewing Co. With courses including smoked oysters, Vietnamese duck salad, and smoked beef ribs — all paired with Karbach brews, of course — this exclusive dinner is limited to 40 people, so don't hesitate on claiming your spot. Tickets are $50 per person, and the dinner runs 6-9 pm.

Happy Hour Launch Party at a'Bouzy
Head to Upper Kirby Champagne bar a'Bouzy to help kick off their new weekly happy hour, taking place every Thursday 3-6:30 pm. The new happy hour will feature a variety of seasonal food options, including steamed black mussels, sauteed Gulf shrimp, and truffle pomme frites, as well as drink specials like Leonetti Bardolino Rouge Classico, Bell Provencal Rosé, and a South Side, with all menu items at $6 or under. In honor of their first Thursday happy hour, the bar will feature a live performance by Portland-based folk duo Fox and Bones starting at 6 pm. Space is limited, so reservations are encouraged.

Chef Fest at Harvest Green Village Farm
Kick off the spring season with some deliciousness at Harvest Green Village Farm's third annual Chef Fest. Using fresh seasonal produce, 10 local chefs will create festival-style dishes that celebrate Houston's diversity. With unique eats, craft cocktails, local wine and beer, live music, and access to a working farm, the event runs from noon to 4 pm and benefits the nonprofit I’ll Have What She’s Having. Tickets are $95 for adults, and patrons over 21 will receive five drink tickets.
Sunday Supper at Decatur Bar and Pop-Up Factory
As part of their new Sunday Supper series of monthly pop-up events at Decatur Bar and Pop-Up Factory, LMN Hospitality — comprised of chefs Brandi Key and Jorge Valencia — presents Italian Night with an inventive five-course menu. The exclusive 30-seat dinner, which begins at 6:30 pm, features options like Sopresini "Carbonara," center-cut pork with fennel, and a brûlée Gorgonzola. Tickets to the dinner are $125 per person with optional drink pairings for an additional $30.
