Tina Knowles sells Farnham Park mansion for just under $3 million
The deed is done: Tina Knowles' primary Houston home has been sold.
Martha Turner of Martha Turner Properties tells CultureMap that the house went for just under $3 million and adds that there might be some interest in the new owner once the identity is revealed. But for the time being, the real estate firm is keeping mum on that subject as participants had to sign a confidentiality agreement.

Beyoncé purchased the property at 20 Farnham Park Drive for her mother in 2004, but with five bedrooms, seven baths, an exercise room, a private pool and a rolling lawn with bayou views, the manse must have been a little much for the newly-single lady.
Martha Turner Properties listed the 8,885 square-foot home for $3.449 million in September, just days after Knowles re-filed for divorce from longtime husband (and Bey's former manager), Mathew Knowles.
Real estate agent Leeann Salmons handled the sale for Knowles and helped Knowles with the purchase of a new home at "an undisclosed location," according to Turner. Mum is the word on Knowles' new digs as well.
According to TMZ, Knowles has two other homes in the Houston area — "a low-key ranch home, and a 4,783 square foot lakefront property." Which one will Blue Ivy Carter consider granny's house?
