With cool temps here to stay (for a while), Houston's Rooftop Cinema ClubRooftop Cinema Club is back this February with on-theme showcases and screenings, tributes to Black History Month and the Oscars, and a perfect Valentine's Day date spot.

Fans of film al fresco can head to the rooftop in Uptown’s BLVD Place (1700 Post Oak Blvd.) for scenic city views and a venue decked out for February. Never ones to disappoint with clever, quirky, and even silly themes, Rooftop has promised a return of Wooftop dog-friendly screenings and beloved Singalong nights.

The new schedule starts February 10 and runs through March 5. Tickets are on sale now online and range from $17.50 to $25.25. New in February, the venue has updated all seating to be Adirondack chairs (singles) and Adirondack loveseats only – all lounge chair seating was removed for the more preferred Adirondack seats, per Rooftop.

That means tickets now start at $17.50 per seat for all shows starting before 4:30 p.m. and $20.50 for all shows after that for a single Adirondack chair. Guests can add popcorn to their ticket for $4 extra, or upgrade to a loveseat plus popcorn for $7 extra.

As always, food and snacks are plentiful on-site, with beer, wine, and canned cocktails available for sale. In a nod to busy parents whose kiddos may have specific diets, guests can bring outside food (no outside drinks are permitted).

In keeping with the February love theme, the venue offers up rom-com classics like Pretty Woman, Grease, to modern favorites such as Ticket to Paradise and A Star is Born, and more.

For that perfect dinner-and-a-movie experience, Valentine’s Day shows include The Notebook and Love & Basketball. Book quickly, this love affair is sure to sell out.

Speaking of love fests, this year, Rooftop is offering a private Late Night Date Night booking on February 14 after the public screenings end — from 10:30 pm to 12:30 am — for up to 14 guests. The private RSVP is perfect for a romantic date for two, a group of friends and family (Galentine's, anyone?), or even a wedding proposal.

Fans can book the Valentine's Day slot for $1,111, which includes choice of movie from a short list curated by the Rooftop team, unlimited popcorn, candy and soda for each guest, and four bottles of champagne. Those interested can email shari@rooftopcinemaclub.com with the email subject “Late Night Date Night: Valentine’s Day Edition.”

Girls who just wanna have fun that week can celebrate Galentine’s Day date night on February 13 to watch the ultimate lady squad goals flick, Bridesmaids. (Doors open at 7 pm; film starts at 8 pm.)

In honor of Black History Month, the club will screen titles from impactful Black filmmakers and artists such as The Woman King, Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Love Jones, and Poetic Justice.

Oscar fans can look forward to Awards Week at Rooftop Cinema Club, where some of the best films of 2022 will captivate audiences once again.

For a full lineup of movies and showtimes, tickets, and more information, visit Rooftop Cinema Club online.

A$AP Rocky will perform at the Toyota Center in Houston on Saturday, June 20.

Fresh off an appearance as the musical guest on Saturday Night Live, rapper/aspiring actor A$AP Rocky will go on the road with his 2026 Don’t Be Dumb World Tour, which will include a stop at the Toyota Center in Houston on Saturday, June 20.

The 42-date tour will start in Chicago on May 27, with the 25-city North American leg lasting through July 11.

There will be three Texas stops in the middle — Houston will follow Dallas on June 18 and Austin on June 19.

The tour is named after A$AP Rocky's new album, Don’t Be Dumb, his first full-length release in eight years.

Rocky's first two albums went to No. 1 on Billboard's overall 200, R&B/Hip Hop, and Rap charts, while 2018's Testing took a slight step back, still finishing in the top five of all three.

The rapper gained big notice as an actor in 2025, co-starring in two A24-produced films - Highest 2 Lowest, directed by Spike Lee, and the Golden Globe-winning If I Had Legs I’d Kick You.

Rocky's appearance on SNL included a cameo in a sketch alongside host Finn Wolfhard, as well as him performing “Punk Rocky” and a medley of the album’s title track and “Helicopter$."

Rocky also served as co-chair of the 2025 Met Gala, was announced as the creative director for Ray-Ban, and was appointed as Chanel’s new house ambassador.

To participate in A$AP Rocky’s Artist Presale in North America on Friday, January 23 at 10 am, fans must sign up at livemu.sc/asaprocky by Wednesday, January 21 at 9 pm.

Artist Presales for this tour are hosted by multiple ticketing sites but anyone who signs up can join the sale. For Artist Presales on Ticketmaster, no code is needed - access is tied to a user's account.

There will also be a presale for Cash App Card customers starting on Wednesday, January 21 at 10 am.

The global general on sale will go live on January 27 at 9 am at ASAPROCKY.COM.
