Against the odds and the professional judges' comments, Bristol Palin has danced her way into the final three on season 11 of Dancing With the Stars.
The abstinence spokeswoman (and we don't mean that ironically) joins Dirty Dancing's Jennifer Grey and Disney progeny Kyle Massey as finalists.
R&B singer Brandy's elimination last night has the viewing public, and Brandy herself, in shock. After her surprise elimination, Brandy and her partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy agreed, during an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel, with the host's description of the elimination as "an outrage."
Kimmel quipped that former Alaskan governor and vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin must have organized a Tea Party voting block to secure her daughter a spot in the finals. (Brandy and Maksim earned a perfect score Monday night and had been score leaders throughout the season, but Bristol keeps surviving due to viewer voting).
Among the remaining contenders, Grey seems to be the obvious winner, what with her DWTS record and her formal dance training.
The finale airs Monday at 7 p.m. on ABC. Who do you think will take home the mirror ball trophy? Was Brandy wronged?
