Sandra Bullock is officially divorced from her lousy husband, motorcycle mechanic-turned-mogul Jesse James.

The divorce is final just a few months after the initial separation, a clean break for Hollywood divorce standards. The swift signing of papers probably has a lot to do with Bullock's decision to adopt new son Luis as a single parent, as the divorce clears the way for her to complete that process.

But she hasn't extricated herself completely. Bullock's already vowed to keep parenting James' three children (she was instrumental in helping James win custody of his daughter, Sunny), and his lawyer has confirmed that he's moving to Austin to be close to her.
