The Art Car parade is an amazing blend of artistic expression represented in the form of transportation. Now in its 23rd year, the parade is a vibrant part of Houston's yearly cultural calendar. These images are just a brief glimpse of the magic that happened on Allen Parkway Saturday. On display is the beauty, artistic vision, and humor of wheeled transportation. But at its core, the Art Car Parade is really about people and a reflection of who they are.
