1. Tesla plans $10 billion solar cell factory for Houston suburb. Electric vehicle and clean energy company Tesla is considering building a new $10.1 billion solar cell manufacturing facility in Fort Bend County, according to documents filed with the Texas Comptroller’s Office.
2. 2 Houston high schools declared America's best for 2026 by U.S. News. Houston ISD's Carnegie Vanguard High School is standing tall as one of the 25 best high schools in America, according to U.S. News and World Report.
3. NY Times names pioneering Houston restaurant to 'greatest Mexican' list. The New York Times featured four Texas restaurants on its list of “41 of the Greatest Mexican Restaurants Across the United States,” including one in Houston.

5. Tech giant Apple opens free training facility at Houston campus. Global computer giant Apple Inc. unveiled its Advanced Manufacturing Center in the Houston area, marking the completion of the second of three facilities it plans to launch in the city by the end of this year.
