Rossini's The Barber of Seville was inspiration enough for a lively group of youngish Houston Grand Opera supporters to rally in Monarch at Hotel ZaZa. It was a salute to the upcoming season (the curtain goes up on Friday) by HGO's Opening Night (O.N.) for Young Professionals.
The Spanish-themed fundraiser, coined "Soirée Sevilla," featured Spanish inspired bites by Monarch, signature drinks courtesy of Pisco Portón and DJ spins from LG Entertainment.
Whipping up enthusiasm for the seasoner opener were Heather Pray, Audrey and Brandon Cochran, Kristy Bradshaw, Sarah Bray, Stacy and John Andell, Divya and Chris Brown, Joshua Espinedo, Melissa Fitzgerald, Katie Flaherty, Lauren and Kyle Geary and Ryan Butcher.
