Zoya Tommy presents Perry House: Happyville opening reception

eventdetail

Houston-based artist Perry House will grace the walls in the second gallery space in an intimate exhibition of selected paintings from his Happyville series, which reflect a simplified view of the world, one in which narrative, sex, politics, and a tradition is stripped down to achieve a weightless effect. The compositional effect acheived by House's Happyville series positions the painting in an entropic middle ground between elegance and violence.

Following the opening reception, the exhibit will be on display through August 6.
