Get an up-close-and-personal view as two finalists from each division (piano, strings, voice, winds, brass, percussion and harp and guitar) compete for $20,000 and performance opportunities.

The judges for this year’s competition are distinguished artists who have achieved acclaim in their respective disciplines. Joining the panel this year is Nelita True, professor of music at Eastman School of Music. Returning judges are Roger Pines, dramaturg at Lyric Opera of Chicago; Daniel Cantaneo, with the Dalcroze Institute at Juilliard; and Maria Schleuning, violinist with The Dallas Symphony Orchestra. A local addition to the panel this year is Becky Brown, artistic administrator with Da Camera.
