Top Houston chefs will compete head-to-head in a grits-inspired throwdown to support the 2014 beneficiaries of Young Texans Against Cancer. All chefs must prepare their own creation using at least one protein and grits. A panel of judges will choose a winner based on taste and presentation while attendees vote for a fan favorite. Bartenders will be competing for bragging rights with their creation of a Southern inspired cocktail, and will also be judged by the panel and attendees.
