In February, Wine Communicators of Australia (WCA) named Yalumba winemaker/ambassador Jane Ferrari as its 2012 Wine Communicator of the Year for her long-term efforts in promoting, speaking about, educating and tutoring about Yalumba's fine-wine portfolio and also Australian wine in general. Ferrari will lead guests through a Yalumba wine- and seasonally-inspired five-course Chef's Tasting Menu.
