In recognition of World Voice Day 2013, The Methodist Hospital, The Bobby R. Alford Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, Baylor College of Medicine, Texas Voice Center, The Shepherd School of Music of Rice University and Houston Grand Opera Studio will present a panel discussion on vocal health followed by a vocal recital.
