Adam Segal is a senior fellow for counter-terrorism and national security studies at the Council on Foreign Relations. He is an expert on security issues, technology development and Chinese domestic and foreign policy. Segal currently leads study groups on cyber-security and cyber conflict as well as Asian innovation and technological entrepreneurship. This lecture will discuss the drivers and constraints to innovation and competition in Asia and the West.
