Ambassador Kay Bailey Hutchison is the U.S. Representative to NATO and former U.S. Senator for the State of Texas. In her current role, she is our nation's envoy to the U.S.'s most important military alliance and a vital voice for our national security. Arguably, with the Russian invasion of Crimea, the rise of illiberal leaders in various parts of Europe and uncertainty with regards to crucial arms agreements, the nations of NATO are facing the most dangerous period since the end of the Cold War.

Ambassador Hutchison will address the relationship of the U.S. with NATO and its members, the increasing challenges of Russia for Europe and beyond, the evolving threats from both cyber and hybrid warfare, the future of nuclear arms negotiations, and the most concerning issues for U.S. national security.
