Mohammed "Mo" Amer is a Kuwaiti-born standup comedian and writer of Palestinian descent. His work promotes understanding between the diverse cultures of the world, and his ethnic and family background uniquely situate him to speak from the heart about the problems of religion, terror and the politics of our age.
Amer has performed in more than two dozen countries on five continents. He was the first and only Arab-American refugee comic to perform for U.S. and coalition troops overseas. He has been interviewed on television and radio, including NPR, BBC and CNN.
