Taste an array of champagnes and sparkling wines from around the world at the Women of Wine Charities annual "Bubbles at Tootsies." Trenza chef Susie Jimenez will create passed hors d'oeuvres for the evening, featuring her signature bold Latin flavors combined with Indian flare.

Tootsies will donate 10 percent of guests' sales to benefit the Houston Area Women's Center.
