Bistro Provence hosts a French springtime dinner featuring the varietals of Alsace-based winery Domaine Charles Baur, led by winery owner Arnaud Baur. The menu, which includes a blend of French and German influences, will be crafted by bistro owner Genevieve Guy, who grew up in Alsace. Also on hand will be Tim Smith and Phyllis Adatto, owners of French Country Wines. In May 2012, Tim Smith was in the Alsace to be inducted into the Confrerie St. Etienne D'Alsace, an organization that has promoted the region since 1561.
