13 Celsius hosts an intense and varied wine class to explore 10 of the greatest wines of Italy. The tasting begins in the northeast and travels to the north-most tier of Italian wines, from the Amarone of Veneto to the Barolo of Piemonte. The journey will end with Chinato, an usual wine for the region.
Mike Sammons, Antonio Gianola and Jane Catherine Collins will lead the seminar.
