Chefs from more than 50 restaurants around Texas gather to compete for Wine and Food Week's Waterford Crystal Chef of Chef's Award (translation: it's a big deal). Adding to the chef's challenge, the competition is "green" and requires that chefs prepare selections that focus on sustainable products (translation again: no styrofoam).
Alongside the competition is a silent auction including wines, wine flights and wine dinners all to benefit Swing for a Cure.
