Discovery Green will host Joe Sutton, author of the new children’s book Wanda and the Oblahlahs for Wiggle and Giggle Wednesday Storytime and Foam Party. Sutton will read his charming tale starring Wanda, a mischievous yet lovable gum-chewing little girl whose story is based on his own daughters.
