The Whimsy World is a color-crazed, immersive art experience featuring Shelbi Nicole's original paintings, larger-than-life murals, installations and sculptures. The pop-up will feature favorites from the first show, plus over half a dozen new installations, including a Sugar Land-themed installation and an infinity mirror room. “The Whimsy World Shop” will offer Shelbi Nicole’s line of merchandise including art prints, clothing and accessories, and will debut a new signature “Whimsy Drink Bomb” created in collaboration with My Drink Bomb.
Lil’ Whimsy Kids Fest, taking place on April 13 from 4-7 pm, will feature photo opportunities with popular characters like Princess Elsa (from the movie Frozen), Moana, and Cinderella; a signing of the children’s book Mally in the Middle by author, illustrator and former NFL player Jordan Sullen; DJ music; bubbles galore; and cake pops.
