The Falliday Leftover Throwdown is a competition in which popular Houston chefs will prepare a dish using traditional, commonly served Thanksgiving recipes as the basis of their reimagined creations. Participants include Bar Boheme, Batanga, Beaver's, Brooklyn Athletic Club, Cove, Eatsie Boys, El Big Bad, Goro & Gun, L'Olivier, Latin Bites, Lowbrow, Mr. Peeples, Phoenicia, Prego, Roost, Triniti, Uchi and Underbelly. 

The judges will select their favorite. The audience will vote for the crowd's choice. Guests will also enjoy complimentary Deep Eddy Vodka cocktails. Tickets may be purchased online.

Proceeds from the event benefit the Orange Show Center for Visionary Art.
