The West End Brew Run, a certified 5K race, starts and stops at The West End and encompasses a route throughout Uptown and The Galleria area. Medals will be awarded for the top male and female plus the top three of each age group in 10-year ranges.
Amateur and professional runners and spectators alike are invited to attend the inaugural West End Brew Run. The West End will be open to the public with entertainment throughout the day that will include live bands, a DJ and crawfish boil competition featuring contestants from Abita Brewing Company, 8th Wonder Brewery and Karbach Brewing Co.
