Guests will enjoy an evening South African wines during Warehouse 72’s Arra Vineyards five-course Wine Dinner. The dinner begins with Curry Steamed Mussels paired with a 2017 Arra Viognier before moving on to Chef Jaime Salazar’s Olive Crusted Chilean Sea Bass paired with the 2018 Accountants Blend. The evening will end with Moroccan Spiced Venison paired with the 2013 Shiraz - Cabernet Sauvignon Blend before a traditional South African dessert, Melktert paired with the 2008 Cape Vintage.
