Ray Carrington, a photographer known for his innovative Arts Education program at Yates High School titled Eye on the Third Ward, leads a walking tour focused on community spaces that are the result of creative thinking and grassroots leadership. This is part of the Communograph: Mapping Community Through Creative Action series presented by the UH Cynthia Woods Mitchell Center for the Arts and Project Row Houses.
