Voices Breaking Boundaries will screen its commissioned film, I Am First, a documentary by Yunuen Perez Vertti. The documentary and the evening’s discussion will explore the history of Houston’s historic wards, how local borders are defined and what those boundaries mean to residents in Houston and beyond.
