Bobby Heugel, Alba Huerta and the Anvil team continue their monthly cocktail classes, designed to provide a greater understanding of a single spirit or region. The two-hour classes are highly interactive. Attendees will learn the history of the spirit, taste and make cocktails and will head home with a slew of recipes in hand.
The February class will focus on spirits from France — Cognac, Chartreuse, Champagne and more. Tickets are sold in advance at both Anvil and the Pastry War. Seating is limited to 60 participants.
