The program includes two contrasting pieces: The tuneful Air and Simple Gifts by John Williams and the mystical and evocative Quartet for the End of Time by Olivier Messiaen. Guests are invited to come early at 7:15 pm to have wine and cheese and relax before the concert.
Trio Solari is made up of accomplished local violinist Yung-Hsiang (Sean) Wang and two musicians who hail from Ann Arbor, Mich., clarinetist Chad Burrow and pianist Amy I-Lin Cheng. Joining them for this concert is popular local cellist Barrett Sills.
