The Russian Cultural Center Our Texas presents a new Vika Live collection of one-of-a-kind jewelry designed and handcrafted by local jewelry artist and designer Vika Filippov. Each piece is a work of art with an interesting concept of War and Peace.
This Vika Live collection was created to complement the ongoing Igor Karash's exhibit of beautiful illustrations to one of the most important works of world literature by Leo Tolstoy. The War and Peace jewelry collection is designed with crystal, natural stone and pearl accents.
Displayed next to the War and Peace original paintings and reprints by the renowned Folio Society of London, Vika Live bracelets, earrings and necklaces reflect the romantic atmosphere of 19th century Russia.
The delicate Vika Live jewelry pieces will be showcased by young models projecting the innocence of Natasha Rostova. All jewelry is available for sale during and after the show.
The collection will be on view through Jan. 31, 2015.
