Former Mexico President Vicente Fox speaks about the efforts of his Centro Fox (Fox Center) and the University of St. Thomas’ Micro Credit Program to establish a collaboration for the development and implementation of poverty alleviation programs through microfinance and other techniques in Mexico and Latin America. Fox served as president of Mexico from 2000-2006. He is the founder and director of Centro Fox, an organization formed to foster economic strategies to fight poverty and contribute to democracy in Mexico and Latin America.
