Rice University and the Rice Veterans in Business Association present a new speaker series titled "The Veteran Experience." For Veterans Day Week 2013, the expert panel will consist of six famous veteran literary writers who will use their own writing as a lens to explain the "veteran experience" while also discussing their own military experience.
The panel includes David Abrams, William Broyles Jr., Lea Carpenter, Ben Fountain, Bruce Jay Friedman and Karl Marlantes.
The event will be held in McNair Hall.
