Opera in the Heights
"Power, Passion and Politics don't mix!" cries the announcement for Opera in the Height's run of Verdi's Un Ballo in Maschera.
Based loosely on the assassination of Gustav III of Sweden, this "timeless tale of love and political intrigue will have you guessing who is the hero... and who is the villain."
Opera in the Heights' first performance of 2010 is on Jan. 28, with shows Thurs-Sat through Feb. 6.
