The grand opening will include special offers including $1 scoops all-day and the introduction of Rice Village special flavor, Yellow Rose Bourbon Pecan Pie, made in partnership with the local Yellow Rose Distillery. In addition, the new location will be commemorated with a live mural painting by Houston favorite, Donkeeboy.
