Urban Harvest
The Houston area has periods of high rainfall alternating with periods of practically no rainfall. The sensible strategy is to catch as much water as possible when it rains and then use it to water plants later during times of drought.
This class will discuss very low-cost methods of absorbing water as well as more expensive methods such as rainwater cisterns.
