Urban Harvest has been planting gardens and enriching lives across Houston since 1994. This year's gala, "Tastes of the Garden," honors Director of Sustainability for the City of Houston, Laura Spanjian. Trevisio's Executive Chef Jon Buchanan has planned a local, seasonal meal sourced from Urban Harvest's market vendors, coupled with organic wines and local spirits.
