University of Texas Medical School at Houston hosts "Meditation As A Tool to Manager Stress and Remain Compassionate Healthcare Professionals" with Miao Tsan

Venerable Master Miao Tsan will share practical applications with those involved in healthcare — physicians, nurses, therapists, technicians, hospital support staff and students — with regard to key takeaways when it comes to meditation and managing stress, as well as techniques to remain compassionate in the ever-shifting healthcare landscape.

The event will be facilitated by Alejandro Chaoul, assistant professor at the Integrative Medicine Program in the Department of General Oncology at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and associate faculty at the McGovern Center for the Humanities and Ethics.
