The first ever Underbelly/Hay Merchant beer dinner will feature mostly BFM, a brand new to the Houston market. Both Hay Merchant owner Kevin Floyd and Underbelly chef/owner Chris Shepherd are fans of BFM, and Shepherd and his team are developing a menu to showcase his favorite labels.
