Underbelly welcomes chef Daniel Patterson, chef/owner of Coi, one of America's most renowned restaurants, for a reception and conversation celebrating his new cookbook, Coi: Stories and Recipes. Chef Patterson's first event in Houston will feature a conversation with Underbelly's Chris Shepherd during a cocktail reception. 

Coi: Stories and Recipes is a beautifully written insight into the restaurant, its dishes and Patterson's life, cooking, philosophy and inspirations. Patterson takes the reader into the Coi kitchen through an 11-course tasting menu and on to the stories of behind more than 50 additional significant recipes in the restaurant's evolution.

The event includes wine, light bites and a signed cookbook.
