Uchi Houston presents Otokoyama Sake Dinner Collaboration

Uchi Houston’s Otokoyama Sake Dinner collaboration will welcome fifth generation owner of Otokoyama Sake Brewery (from Japan), Loro Yamazaki, for a collaboration. This will be a six-course, four-sake pairings meal.
Uchi Chef de Cuisine, Chris Davies, and Uchi Sushi Chef, Bigler Cruz, will present the courses with Otokoyama sake pairings.
