Join Neighborhood Centers for Houston's second largest footrace before Thanksgiving. The TXU Energy Houston Turkey Trot is celebrating its 22nd Thanksgiving Day race. Money raised will support more than 192,000 seniors, children and families at Neighborhood Centers.

Registration begins at 6 a.m., with consecutive races starting between 7:20 a.m. and 9 a.m. Following the competitive and non-competitive 10k, 5k, wheelchair and kids' races, the post-race party will entertain runners with free food, music, a kid's area and other family activities.
