The event includes competitive and noncompetitive Phillips 66 5K, 10K, Wheelchair and kids run. The post-race celebration includes free food, music, a kid’s area and other fun family activities.

BakerRipley, formerly Neighborhood Centers, has been around for more than 110 years connecting hardworking families to opportunities by linking them to education, job training, and economic support such as free tax preparation and business development.

Shortly after Hurricane Harvey devastated the region, BakerRipley stepped up to run one of the emergency shelters that welcomed nearly 8,000 neighbors impacted by the storm. BakerRipley is one of several non-profit agencies that will be providing long-term recovery for families and individuals impacted by Harvey.

Turkey Trot participants, supporters and volunteers will help BakerRipley continue to serve the community and rebuild lives in the aftermath of Harvey.
