Michael and David Cordúa have crafted a menu to accompany the wines of Truchard Vineyards. The evening, which includes a variety of dishes ranging from smoked crab and quail to beef tenderloin confit, includes a special guest appearance by Truchard Vineyards general manager Anthony Truchard II.
